Character info
The character
Garchomp is a Dragon/Ground-type Pokémon known as the Mach Pokémon, the final evolution of Gible. In the games and anime it is closely associated with Cynthia, the Sinnoh region's Champion, who uses it as her signature and most powerful Pokémon in battle.
This card
This is Cynthia's Garchomp ex, numbered 090/193 with RR rarity from the MEGA Dream ex (M2a) set, illustrated by 5ban Graphics. The artwork depicts Garchomp diving forward with slashing claws amid flying debris, with Cynthia pictured in an inset at the lower right. The card is a holo variant evolving from Cynthia's Gabite.
How it plays
This Stage 2 Pokémon has 330 HP and a Fighting typing, with a weakness to Grass (x2) and no listed resistance. Its first attack, Screw Dive, costs one Fighting energy and deals 100 damage, letting the player optionally draw cards until they have six in hand. Its second attack, Ryuno Buster, costs two Fighting energy and deals 260 damage but discards all energy attached to this Pokémon. As an ex Pokémon, when it is knocked out the opponent takes two prize cards.

Authenticity
WinnTCG authenticated this card in hand, on the bench, against genuine Pokémon cards. It was checked four ways: light shone through it to check the core, its weight on a scale, its thickness measured, and its print pattern and surface texture under magnification.
How this card was graded
WinnTCG graded this card in hand, on the bench. The card was in our hands, and we sealed the case ourselves. We photographed it here under controlled light to show which card is in the case and where anything we marked sits on it.
If you are buying this slab: the grade is WinnTCG’s judgement of the card that was in front of us, and WinnTCG sealed this case. The photographs above are of that card. Compare them against what you can see through the case, because a case can be opened by anyone who has held it since.
The working behind this grade
Every grade here is published with its reasoning. The report states what each measurement returned, what the model proposed on each axis, where the grader disagreed with it, and every defect marked on the photographs above.
