Character info
The character
Milotic is a serpentine Water-type Pokémon first introduced in the Hoenn region, evolving from Feebas after the latter's unappealing appearance is traded or leveled up with high Beauty. It is widely known in the Pokémon world as one of the most beautiful creatures, often depicted gliding gracefully through water. Milotic has appeared across games, anime, and the trading card game as a symbol of elegance and tranquility.
This card
This is Milotic ex, number 057 out of 207, from the Brilliant Illusions set with set code CSV8C, printed in 2026. It is a Double Rare (RR) Full Art holo card illustrated by hncl, depicting Milotic coiled gracefully amid splashing water with a stylized decorative background. The artwork emphasizes the Pokémon's flowing form and luminous scales, consistent with the full art treatment.
How it plays
Milotic ex is a Stage 1 Water-type Pokémon with 270 HP, evolving from Feebas. Its Ability, Brilliant Scales, protects it from damage and effects of attacks used by the opponent's Tera Pokémon. Its attack, Hypnotic Splash, costs one Water Energy and two Colorless Energy, deals 160 damage, and puts the opponent's Active Pokémon to sleep. It has a weakness to Lightning (x2), no listed resistance, and a retreat cost of two Colorless Energy; as an ex Pokémon, it gives up two Prize cards when knocked out.

Authenticity
WinnTCG authenticated this card in hand, on the bench, against genuine Pokémon cards. It was checked four ways: light shone through it to check the core, its weight on a scale, its thickness measured, and its print pattern and surface texture under magnification.
How this card was graded
WinnTCG graded this card in hand, on the bench. The card was in our hands, and we sealed the case ourselves. We photographed it here under controlled light to show which card is in the case and where anything we marked sits on it.
If you are buying this slab: the grade is WinnTCG’s judgement of the card that was in front of us, and WinnTCG sealed this case. The photographs above are of that card. Compare them against what you can see through the case, because a case can be opened by anyone who has held it since.
The working behind this grade
Every grade here is published with its reasoning. The report states what each measurement returned, what the model proposed on each axis, where the grader disagreed with it, and every defect marked on the photographs above.
