Character info

The character

Kalifa is a member of CP9, the covert assassination unit of the World Government, first appearing during the Water 7 and Enies Lobby arcs of One Piece. She is known for her calm, composed demeanor and her Devil Fruit power that lets her body produce soap, making surfaces slippery. She worked undercover at the Galley-La shipyard before revealing her true allegiance to CP9.

This card

This is Kalifa's printing from the OP07 main set, numbered OP07-081 and designated as a Common rarity Character card. The artwork, credited to illustrator Hagane Tsurugi, depicts her amid splashing water droplets, consistent with her soap-based Devil Fruit ability. The card carries the CP0 type label beneath her name.

How it plays

This card costs 4 to play, has 5000 power, and includes a Counter value of +1000. Its printed ability reads: by paying DON!!x1 during your turn, you give all of your opponent's Characters -1 cost.

Written with AI from the card and its catalogue entry, and checked by WinnTCG.

How this card was graded

WinnTCG graded this card in hand, on the bench. The card was in our hands, and we sealed the case ourselves. We photographed it here under controlled light to show which card is in the case and where anything we marked sits on it.

If you are buying this slab: the grade is WinnTCG’s judgement of the card that was in front of us, and WinnTCG sealed this case. The photographs above are of that card. Compare them against what you can see through the case, because a case can be opened by anyone who has held it since.

The working behind this grade

Every grade here is published with its reasoning. The report states what each measurement returned, what the model proposed on each axis, where the grader disagreed with it, and every defect marked on the photographs above.
