What to include

If you already have an order, put the order reference in the first line. If you are asking about a card already graded, the certificate number is enough — it is on the label, and it opens everything we know about that card. Either one turns a question into an answer instead of a conversation about which card you mean.

If you are asking whether we can grade something, a photograph of it answers that faster than a description does.

Before you buy

Most questions asked before an order are already written down: the questions page covers what we grade, what a grade includes and what is covered while we have your card, and what we need before you pay is everything required of you, set out before you are asked for money.

Do not send a card before you have an order. Nothing arriving without a reference can be matched to anybody, and we cannot tell whose it is. Sending your card covers packing, the mail-in kit, and what goes in the box alongside it.
