Three ways in

Pricing

Every card comes to us, and we photograph and seal all of them. What you are choosing is whether it gets graded — four sub-grades, an AI first pass, a person confirming every card — and how fast you need it back.

Traditional grading

You mail it to us. We do the fiddly part.

Sealed

You mail us the card. We photograph it and seal it in clear acrylic, with no grade attached.

Traditional grading. Grading the way it has always worked. You mail us the card, we photograph it under our own lights, we grade it, we seal the case and we send it back. Same four sub-grades. You just do less of the work. Shipping is yours in both directions and is not included in the price; everything that happens in between is.

Sealed. You mail us the card. We photograph it and seal it in clear acrylic, with no grade attached. You get the acrylic case, the printed label, the NFC chip, the published photographs and a certificate page that answers forever. Everything a graded slab gets, except the grade.

A damaged WinnTCG slab? Re-case it

$10 a slab. You mail us a damaged WinnTCG slab. We grade the card again and seal it in a new case. Cracked, scuffed or split, mail it back and it comes home in a new case with a new label.

Shipping
You ship it to us, we ship it back
  • WinnTCG slabs only
  • Graded again, so the grade can change
  • A new case and a new label
  • A new certificate; the old one points to it
  • A Sealed slab comes back sealed, not graded

After you pay, you type in the certificate number from each slab, and that is all we need: the card is already on file. Choose Re-case when you build your order.

Side by side

Every card is photographed and sealed here. The two right-hand columns add a grade; the third adds speed.

What happens to a card you mail us

This applies to all three. Every card comes here.

  1. It arrives and we log it against your order. Nothing is opened, graded or photographed before it is recorded as here.
  2. We photograph it under our own lights. Controlled light, front and back. We grade the card itself, in hand; those photographs are published on your certificate page, so you see exactly what we had in front of us.
  3. We grade the card. Four sub-grades, in hand: an AI first pass from our photographs, and a person with the card confirming every one. The standard. On Sealed this step does not happen at all, and the certificate says so in as many words.
  4. We seal the case and ship it back. Your certificate page records that we sealed it, because that is what happened.

From the moment it reaches us to the moment it is back with you, it is covered up to $25 on Sealed, up to $250 (or $500 in bulk) on Standard, and up to $1,000 (or $2,000 in bulk) on Express. If your card is worth more than the limit on your tier, ask us at hello@winntcg.com before you send it rather than mailing it anyway — the cover is the cover, and a card worth more than it is a card we would want to talk about first.

Where to send it

WinnTCG PO Box 337 Fate, TX 75132

Do not mail a card before you have an order. A package that arrives without one cannot be matched to anybody: we would have a card, no name against it, and no way to send it back without asking a stranger where they live. Ordering gets you a confirmation, and that is the thing that makes a package expected.

When you do send one, keep the order number on the paperwork inside and off the outside. A package labelled as containing a graded card is a package worth stealing.

What none of this buys

A grade is a judgement about condition, and that is true whichever tier you pick. We do not appraise, and a grade carries no promise about what anyone will pay for it. The terms say all of this in the place it counts.
