Sending your card
You are about to put something valuable in the mail to a box in Texas. This page is what happens to it, what protects it, and the one thing that has to be in the box with it.
The mail-in kit
A box we send you, with everything the card needs to travel and a label already paid for. It is the way to have the journey to us covered: a parcel you pack and send yourself is one we cannot insure or trace, because we did not buy the label it travelled on.
- A printed label back to us. Already paid and already addressed. Nothing to work out, nothing to queue for.
- A rigid mailer. Stiff enough that it does not fold, small enough that the card cannot move inside it.
- A penny sleeve for every card. The first thing that touches it, and the only thing that should.
- A semi-rigid for every card. Not a toploader. A semi-rigid flexes open, so the card comes out again without anybody having to persuade it.
- A microfiber cloth. For the fingerprint you leave on it while you are being careful.
You choose whether to take one during checkout, where the cost and how many cards a kit holds are both quoted against what you are ordering.
Without a kit
Perfectly fine, and it is the same card either way. Sleeve it, put the sleeve in a semi-rigid, and put that inside something stiff enough that the whole parcel cannot bend. Do not tape anything to the card, do not use a toploader you cannot get the card back out of, and do not send it in a plain envelope.

Put your order reference in the box
This is the one that matters. A card arriving with nothing to identify it cannot be matched to anybody: we do not know whose it is, what was ordered for it, or where it goes afterwards. Write the reference on a slip of paper and put it in with the card.
Your order page has the reference and a page you can print with it on. Do not send a card before you have an order.
Photographs
We photograph every card ourselves, under our own lights, and publish those photographs on the certificate. The grade comes from the card itself, in hand, so there is nothing you need to shoot and nothing to send us but the card.
If something is wrong
Email hello@winntcg.com with your order reference. If a parcel has gone astray, say so early: a label we bought is one we can trace.
